We serve not only the Mennonites and Amish but Locals also. The Farm part of the ministry is a work in progress.
The Farm Ministry has a goal of purchasing about 40-60 acres of fertile ground to set up greenhouses and to raise food. The food would be table vegetables like tomatoes, lettuce, onions, carrots, sweet corn, radishes, asparagus, potatoes and so forth. This mission would help fund us and local distribution to food banks with fresh vegetables and those who cannot afford groceries. Eventually we will have classes to teach people how to grow their own Victory Garden.
The 1st priority is finishing our building next to parsonage so we can have meetings. The infrastructure and concrete walls are installed. we need $40,000 to finish.
Second priority; we need the land about 60 acres $600,000 for growing food. Then, a Utility four wheel drive farm tractor with endloader about $80,000. Three greenhouses 30X50 about $150,000. The General Fund for all our ministries and monthly podcasts/website. So all donations large or small will help this endeavor.
